What does pleasure mean to you?

Pleasure is the feeling of being fully present. In your body, in your mind. It can be soft or intense, but it always feels real. Sometimes it is sparked by someone or something outside of you, sometimes it rises from within. It reminds you that you are alive. It is a gift but also something we are all entitled to.
